FAQ
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track the progress of your order from your customer account, under "Orders" .
We currently deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Switzerland .
For orders outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland), customs fees or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery times indicated are average estimates:
- France : 2 to 3 working days
- Other European countries : 4 to 7 working days
These deadlines do not include exceptional cases (public holidays, carrier delays, etc.).
Delivery is free on all your orders, with no minimum purchase.
You can pay for your purchases securely by:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal (4x payment available without fees)
Depending on available inventory and fulfillment facilities, your items may be shipped separately. The remainder of your order will be delivered to you shortly.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a photo of the affected item to support@enopya.com . We will promptly process a replacement or, if necessary, a refund.

Occasionally, a delivery may take longer than expected. You can track your package using the tracking number sent to you by email. If in doubt, contact us at support@enopya.com for more information.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item.
Products must be in perfect condition, not on sale and returned in their original packaging.
